Very thorough and friendly and very professional. They take their time with me when I am filing my taxes. Always feels like dropping in to see old friends (who just happen to do your taxes). I’ve sent a couple of referrals to them and they could not be happier.
I’ve been a client of this tax agency for the past few years, but unfortunately, my recent experience was deeply disappointing. I called with a few simple questions regarding my AGI and whether a former return had been amended—questions I was specifically advised to verify by TurboTax in order to correct a rejected return.
