Amazing Cafe, amazing wholesaler. If they don't have what you need, they can get it to you sometimes within the day. The only bad thing I can say is the bell in the back is awful, if they could have a system where you can press a doorbell kinda thing, and then when a member if the team come to serve you, they press a button with a different tone that tells the rest that someone's gone to the counter. That way theres no ear ache

Really poor I just checked my invoice and noticed they charged my for 10 boxes of screws instead of 1 and also 20 wago boxes instead of 10, 1 genuine mistake would be acceptable 2 is corrupt business practice and unethical and illegal, my guess is they try it on when you're buying on a company account. I did sign for it in a rush so I have no recourse. Really unprofessional, sort your act out
Been coming here for years as walk in customer. We have a large contract in Manchester with electricity north west new connections contract. We popped in the other day and they tried to ream us for some white plastic conduit parts, they wanted £211. We popped in to screw fix next door… £38. Before this price we were about to ask for quote for multi core steel armoured cables, spent £1800 with cleavland cables shortly after. Will never come back again.
