Everything before service seemed like it was going well, but the execution, follow up, and communication have all been absolutely dreadful. Excavation started okay, with work done as expected in a short amount of time. Bushes that needed to be taken out were pulled up by the crew and left on the lawn. Sewer replacements are major invasive work that always does damage to a yard, especially when done in the winter months. Our estimates that we give to our customers state very plainly that we do not do any yard or landscape restorations. The work was done in February and when everything is frozen or wet it is hard to make a yard look very good on backfill.
