Greg showed up to my house at 9:00 at night, hours later than he said he would be here. He was here for an hour before telling me he didn't have the proper tools to fix the garage door. He stood in my garage on the phone trying to figure it out, before telling me he'd need to come back another day. He never showed back up, won't answer my calls, and took my garage door lock with him, so I can't even lock the door now. We were very happy with Greggs services. He was knowledgeable, reasonable, and explained everything to us very well. We had him come to fix our air conditioning unit, and ended up having him also fix the garbage disposal in the bathroom sink as well. He can do anything, and we will certainly have him back again. He’s our new guy for everything. Some of you will appreciate this, our dog loved him. Not just liked him a little bit, but loved him. That’s a sign of a very good guy. happy. Highly recommend
This company is very good. They were very professional, repair was finished pretty quickly. They also cleaned up their mess. Have nothing but good things to say about them. The owner and employee were really friendly and definitely will use them again, in the future.
I can’t say enough good things about this company and the owner, Greg Bly. He has helped me a few times now and I would never call anyone else. He absolutely knows what he’s doing, he’s HONEST, and works expediently yet takes the time to explain everything he’s doing. He has gone above and beyond for me more than once, including driving 40 miles or so just to find a part for my old AC so I wouldn’t have to wait in an uncomfortably hot house for the part to be delivered had I ordered it online.
