Prompt response, excellent service... Nice to deal with a human rather than a large machine... I did not measure up perfectly, they cut the glass again to accurate specifications without extra charge, a 4mm cut... Amazing. Cannot guarantee that for everyone but I was grateful.

Wish I could give a 0, called to confirm a a window replacement for tomorrow and was spoken so rudely on the phone by Paul about bothering him all day when I have given 1 text and 1 phonecall. Terrible service and extremely rude behaviour
