This rating is given to the young lady (receptionist) that sits at the desk. She has very poor customer service skills and need to be retrained! When she is not there is the only time I don't have a problem. My Therapist (Ava), is walking in her calling by providing excellent therapy for her clients. All the therapists are excellent, as well as, the young man in training! I give them all a 5-Star rating. However, because of the two bad interactions I have had with this same young lady, I will seek therapy elsewhere!

Tengo una excelente experiencia en esta cl�nica de fisioterapia. Desde el primer d�a, todo el personal fue muy amable, profesional y atento a mis necesidades. Los terapeutas explican cada ejercicio y tratamiento con claridad, y realmente se preocupan por el progreso de sus pacientes. Ava was my physical therapist. She is very professional and has a great personality. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a very good physical therapist.
