Had a great experience here as someone who's never done physical therapy before! I came here for help with some disconcerting numbness and tingling in my arm from long hours at my desk job. Zeke gave me a thorough assessment, and prescribed me a series of stretches and light exercises that he continued to specifically tailor throughout the month as my situation improved. Very disappointed, Dr wanted me to use equipment to strengthen my knee & never got. Only thing they did was what I was doing already at home & charging $45 copay for it. Dr said to quit using them
