Very disappointed, Dr wanted me to use equipment to strengthen my knee & never got. Only thing they did was what I was doing already at home & charging $45 copay for it. Dr said to quit using them
Emily is the physical therapist who works with me. I have fallen several times, and so she gives me several exercises to do that help strengthen my brain, eyes, hands and feet coordination. I have met with her 4 Times and feel that is starting to help. I’m 72 And have a fear of falling and breaking a Hip. When I Was Waiting to see Emily, a lady came in asking Danni at the front desk,, so I was able to Relate my positive experience so far. After an injury, Emily really has helped me build strength back and get back to my regular, active self. I had never been injured before nor gone to PT, so this was all a new experience. Emily really helped me both understand my injury, troubleshoot and alleviate the pain I was feeling, and is helping me build a strong body that can (hopefully) prevent future re-injury. I recommend Emily highly-- you are in great, knowledgable and caring hands when you are with her.
