I am 43, have been an athlete and had a total knee replacement and was referred to a PT. The place couldn’t get me in for a week and when I did get in it was a terrible experience. When I went back for a check up my surgeon was very disappointed as I was only at 90 degree bend and should have been at 120. I was so frustrated. I found fyzical and they got me right in.
