I have found the therapists both very understanding of my particular needs and very patient in working to get the best results for me. If one exercise doesn't work, they are quick to change to an alternative approach to gain the maximum benefit. They are very personable and caring which makes it much easier when working with them.
Wonderful staff and clinicians, great rapport with clients, outstanding attention to detail. I appreciate how my input is considered in my treatment plan, and the genuine concern of both clinicians and administrative staff.
Therapists are great at this location. Unfortunately they do not check their emails and this creates quite a bit of confusion between clients and insurance. Gave them three stars only because therapists at this location are decent.
