I had a partial knee replacement and Jordan and Alisia have addressed my concerns and goals for a full recovery. Joanna who handles scheduling and insurance has been fantastic! Highly recommend this facility.
Physical therapist are great. The location is convenient, and near public transportation. The receptionists ability to stay on top of scheduling and communicating changes are poor. I was called on my way to my appointment less than 30 minutes before and they cancelled. I reached out to reschedule and never received call back after leaving messages multiple times. Due to the lack of communication I've decided to go to another location where things are more organized on the front end.
I recommend Fyzical very highly. I had a wonderful experience with the PT for Sciatica. As long as I do the exercises they gave me, I’m not bothered by Sciatica. The therapists are excellent! They took the time to listen and find solutions to whatever problems or concerns I had. They are very caring and very invested in their patient’s well being. I’m grateful for their care and would go back to Fyzical in the future if I need to.
