Jessica at Fyzical was a huge help in digging me out of lower back injury that had taken me by surprise in life and landed me in the ER. I owe her debt of gratitude. Fyzical was able to get me in for my first appointment without delay, and is a positive, friendly, and relaxing environment. Highly recommended, I will be sure to return if needed. My second treatment was continued targeted exercise and deep tissue therapy. This greatly reduced my shoulder and hip pain. So glad I found Jessica and her team!
