After recovering from a serious fall and shoulder surgery, I found that I was so afraid of falling that I refused to step up or down a curb, afraid to go up or down an incline without assistance, etc. I did not want to continue to live with this limitation to my activities, so I made an appointment with Cody for an assessment at the Belmont, NC office. Coty and his team are exceptional! They are incredibly client-friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed my sessions, even though I was skeptical about physical therapy. To my surprise, it was incredibly helpful. After about three months of visits, my posture, back, and shoulder are better than ever, and my pain has decreased from a 10+ to a 0-1! They also have great personalities and make the sessions enjoyable.
