After recovering from a serious fall and shoulder surgery, I found that I was so afraid of falling that I refused to step up or down a curb, afraid to go up or down an incline without assistance, etc. I did not want to continue to live with this limitation to my activities, so I made an appointment with Cody for an assessment at the Belmont, NC office. Coty and his team are exceptional! They are incredibly client-friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed my sessions, even though I was skeptical about physical therapy. To my surprise, it was incredibly helpful. After about three months of visits, my posture, back, and shoulder are better than ever, and my pain has decreased from a 10+ to a 0-1! They also have great personalities and make the sessions enjoyable.
City and the whole staff was excellent. I worked with Coty for a little at beginning of my physical therapy. Then was switched to another staff member for a little. Then on my last visit got to work again with Coty. He evaluated me to see how I was. I passed test. I was able to be released. I went in with sciatica in lower back hip area and they found out that I had balance problems. I am so happy with the experience. They all knew what was needed, wanted, and fixed my problems. Coty is great! I have been really struggling with vertigo and he has been so helpful. Not only with the exercises, but also educating me on what is happening as we work through the exercises.
Great experience at Fyzical Belmont. I came in with pretty intense back pain and Coty worked with me to reduce my discomfort. He was patient, listened, and offered great advice. The entire staff is amazing, highly recommend!
