This location for physical therapy has been amazing- everyone is warm, welcoming, and professional. Specifically Coty, the therapist I worked with was very helpful. He listened to all my updates each session and I was very comfortable working with him, asking lots of questions, and having discussions about my symptoms and my plan. I was educated about my challenges, safe ways to regain strength and balance, and learned some valuable advice to continue with in the future. After recovering from a serious fall and shoulder surgery, I found that I was so afraid of falling that I refused to step up or down a curb, afraid to go up or down an incline without assistance, etc. I did not want to continue to live with this limitation to my activities, so I made an appointment with Cody for an assessment at the Belmont, NC office.
