I went for my initial visit and they were so worried about money. After checking my insurance they wanted me to pay $100 a week because I had not satisfied my deductible. I am retired and receive my check once a month. I told them I could not afford that much per week so they told me they could not take me as a patient. More worried about money than the patient. I have good insurance and a good credit score and I pay my bills. Beware of this corporation!
We had the best experience ever with Fyzical at Arlington Heights. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. It is very easy to set up appointments with no AI. All specialists are real professionals. Highly recommend this place.
Staff is very courteous and professional, Always prompt with appointment times.
