Everyone from the front desk staff to the therapists are knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, & a pleasure to work with. I have met with Andrew, Alexa, & Natalie and they resolved my issues with vertigo. What a relief! The office is bright, cheerful, & clean. I couldn’t be happier that I have FYZICAL so close by.

I recently had a Plantar fasciotomy. My physical therapist, Andrew, is top notch. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I always leave feeling better about my recovery. The whole staff is friendly. I am very happy with how my treatment is going. I highly recommend FYZICAL Therapy & Balance.

I did not have a great experience. The guy I had Andrew was his name. Did not listen to a word I was saying during my visits. I would tell him I was in a lot of pain during the part where he would stretch my shoulder/arm. The last time I went I was in tears after I left. I had to hold them back the whole time. I told him I was in a lot of pain and he goes 10 more seconds. Then did another stretch told him again it was too painful and ignored me and continued to do the stretch.
