Full disclosure, I had a terrible experience here about 9 years ago, and when my prospective employer told me I had to do a pre employment physical here I was extremely anxious and not too pleased. I say all that to say this, It was a completely different experience this time around. Everyone was friendly from check in to leaving. I made an appointment on Monday. They told me that my copay was $60. Mind you I was sick. I had vertigo. They did not ask me what my cheer. My medical was that thought it was a two-tier so they charged me $60 instead of 30 cuz I was a one-tier they didn't reach out. They just assumed that is poor business. Poor customer service. Then I had to call them and tell them that they are recharged me. Then they tried to tell me they didn't. Then I had to say I reached out to my insurance and you did overcharge me. I took a drug test and physical at Impact Performance Testing and was very impressed with the staff and process. Results were immediately sent to my employer

My Wife went to FYZICAL Therapy for Vertigo and Dizzy Spells. I went for balance issues the first time, Neck pain the 2nd time. Neil and Whitney are amazing and caring about correcting your issues. Every time we showed up for our appts, they called us back on time, every time. They did correct my Wife's issues and my balance and neck pain. We are both doing our exercises at home like we were told. You will not be disappointed at FYZICAL Therapy. Thank you Neil, Whitney, Dana, Nicole and Jillian.
