RecommendedI've dealt with Vertigo for nearly two years and struggled to find relief. I came to 1st Choice for Vestibular Rehab after previously spending 10 weeks at a competitor and saw no progress. Linda was very attentive and knowledgeable regarding the specific rehab/excercises needed. after 8 weeks my symptoms dramatically improved and i can honestly say working with Linda has changed my way of life. I would recommend 1st choice not only for Vestibular work but any rehab needs.

RecommendedThis was my first time having to do any type of physical therapy and Alex was great. Took the time to listen and educate me on the pains and discomfort I was feeling. Helped me correct my walk after years of overcompensating from a previous injury, by structuring a regimen of post-surgical exercises to strengthen not just my knee, but hips, thighs, ankles and lower back. Nice to walk again, after all these years, without the expected pain and muscle strain.
Jodi is an excellent therapist. She has helped me with back rehab and balance. I have improved greatly with her guidance.
