it all started on a Friday. I went home and with a small ache in my arm/shoulder nothing crazy. maybe just pulled a muscle earlier in the week. Then Saturday morning came rolling on in like a Karen straightening herself to stare down a poor helpless customer service employee(with the glade that's says: "I WILL speak to your manager if I don't get my 50cents off my loaf of wheat bread"). I'm very happy with the quality care and expert therapy that my daughter has received while at Fyzical! She is progressing faster than I could have hoped and it's all thanks to the staff there and the one on one time they give my daughter! Her therapist is very kind and gentle with her and she loves going to visit. The appointments are short and that keeps daughter engaged and happy to keep going. Could not recommend enough!
I cannot thank everyone at Fyzical enough - from the front desk to billing to their therapists, it has been a seamless experience. I am already feeling better after just three sessions and appreciate the combination of strength, flexibility, function, and balance that Fyzical provides, in addition to the massage work. John is the best! Thank you Fyzical!
I went in for my first visit for a bad knee on Wednesday. I met with Danny. He listened to everything I had to say, did some tests, and explained everything thoroughly even with visual effects. His positive attitude, and upbeat manner gave me hope that maybe I can walk down a flight of stairs at a normal pace again in the future.
Great experience during my PT sessions, therapists have been very thorough and knowledgeable in teaching my about my injury and are great at working towards getting me better
