Response is non-existent. First I filled the request an appointment form online and heard nothing. Then I sent an email and again heard nothing. I called the office and asked if I needed a script and was told yes. She said once I got a script to call back for an appointment. I got the script and called again. The call went to voicemail and I never heard back. This was sometime in May. I am now elsewhere and very happy. Apparently this place doesn't need the business.
Terrible phone system. Tried to cancel an appointment twice and voice-mail messages left didn't seem to be understood by anyone. I got a return call the first time, so I figured the second call would surely cancel my appointment. It did not.
This office is fantastic, from the physical therapists to the office staff, everyone is very professional, kind and knowledgeable. My grandparents are newer patients of the office and are not the easiest to work with at times. Katherine and Alysa are incredible, I'm forever grateful for their compassion and expertise. THANK YOU!!!
