I went to Brookside for several weeks aka FYZICAL for a PF issue. My PT started out well and quickly crashed and burned. At first it was great. I paid for an hour and received fair balanced worth. Then all my of a sudden, even though they billed my insurance for an hour each time, my copay now only covers 30 minutes. On top of this, my PT began to inform me that they had shown up to work to an Eviction notice due to the bills not "being paid by management". Really benefited from my time at FYZICAL! I got plenty of attention, they were flexible to my needs and reassuring with my injury and concerns. I felt hopeful, optimistic and excited about life when I left the office. Will was my therapist and I have recommended him to friends already.
This is the most thorough and caring physical therapy location!
I came here as a referral from my doctor after a hip injury. They had originally set me up at a different location but I had them change to this new location and I am so glad they did. Olivia in the front office was wonderful to work with and helped with comparing affordable options of paying out of pocket vs going through insurance. Will was great to work with.
