We are an Outpatient rehabilitation clinic providing physical and speech therapy specializing in a multitude of disorders including Orthopedics (total joint replacement rehab, rotator cuff repair, ACL reconstruction,, sports injuries, return to sport training, balance and gait disorders, neurological impairments (stroke, Parkinson’s disease, MS) neck/back pain, work comp injuries, swallowing and speech dysfunction. We also do custom foot orthotics.

Staff are very good and knowledgeable. I recovered fast from knee replacement surgery with their help
I was having shoulder issue. Accordia Urgent Care, Ms. Amanda, sent me here. I was being helped by Casey here at this location. Casey, he was great to work with. I have never had physical therapy before until this time. I am 43 years old. At the end, I have been sent for further testing with MRI. I found out I have a broken bone in shoulder, a tear in shoulder and the lower two disc in my neck is full of arthritis. If I need surgery and will need Physical care....I will come here.
