I cannot say enough wonderful things about the FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Center at the Cattleman Ranch location in Sarasota! While on vacation, I injured myself and needed help quickly. Michael, the owner, was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to fit me in for an emergency appointment, gave me the best advice, and helped me get back on my feet so I could still enjoy my stay in Sarasota. Rude to my wife when she tried booking her appointment and inaccurate listings online that lead her to the wrong building when she tried going to said appointment. Terrible customer service over the phone. Incredibly rude to my veteran wife and potentially homophobic. I would not recommend.
I cannot say enough good things about this Cattleman location. The owner Mike really cares for his clients. You feel like you are part of a family when you are there. I always looked forward to my appointments. His whole team is amazing. Luby and Anthony are really good. The facility is large, clean and has all the high end technology you need to get you feeling better.
The facility itself & physical therapists are great. The problem is billing person Joann. 1st she told me therapy was covered. After 2 months of therapy she billed me saying it wasn't covered. I never would of went here if it wasn't covered. 2nd my husband applied and Joann refused to even charge Medicare saying it wouldn't be approved. He now goes to another facility that had no problems putting it through. Joann's attitude is disrespectful. HER howly than thou, attitude is the worst.
This is my second experience with Fyzical on Cattleridge in Sarasota. I fell on a non-working escalator and broke my humerus up near my shoulder. I was told by the Orthopedic I would probably end up having surgery. Due to the magic of Sam (DPT) and Luby (PTA) who was AMAZING, I got almost complete range of motion back in 16 visits even though it was a nasty break.
