Love the muscles I'm making at Strong in 15 and the yoga instructor were very supportive and accommodating to a "newbie" in their classes

Everyone at Fyzical is incredible! I've been dealing with a neck issue for years and was at the point I was unable to workout at all. The team here has helped me tremendously, I started with one of Tara's gentle yoga classes on my first visit, and then the wonderful Deb welcomed me in and got me all setup for my first consultation appt and it has just taken off from there. Smaller classes equal lots of instructor attention! A great community, very welcoming and friendly!
The Fyzical yoga & other classes are very very good! Staff and instructors are professional and knowledgeable in their practices. They take care to ensure everyone is comfortable in the various levels. After every class I feel so invigorated and happy. It has added to my well being.
