As a student athlete preparing for college, this facility has been a game changer for me. The trainers push me to be my best while also teaching proper technique and discipline. Every workout is challenging but designed to help me improve in my sport. I have been coming to FYX for three years so now I feel like its time to leave a review! Coaches Chris, Jack, and Jasen have done an outstanding job of getting me better every summer and ready to compete in the fall and spring. Me and My coaches have seen major improvement to my rotational velocity and have been able to achieve some of my goals like throwing and hitting a baseball 90 mph+. Id recommend FYX for anyone looking to take the next step!
I highly recommend FYX Sports. I went to see Jasen Dill for MAT therapy for my frozen shoulder. I also had amazing work done on my shoulder by Susie Campbell, LMT, of Massage of Colorado located in FYX Sports. Both helped me tremendously get beyond the freezing and frozen stages. Once in the thawing stage in June, Chris Clarke created a customized program to rehab my shoulder.
