Love the small setting and atmosphere. It has definitely helped my daughter and she didn't even complain about going.
Finding FYX was like finding a heap of diamonds in a hay stack. TLDR: don’t sleep on this place. Coming from California, where there are a heap of talented practitioners and trainers, I was in deep need of finding not only a trainer but a team of practitioners who could rehab me from injuries and chronic longer term issues. As a student athlete preparing for college, this facility has been a game changer for me. The trainers push me to be my best while also teaching proper technique and discipline. Every workout is challenging but designed to help me improve in my sport. I’ve gained confidence, strength, and speed since I started here, and I feel much more prepared for the next level of competition. I have been coming to FYX for three years so now I feel like its time to leave a review! Coaches Chris, Jack, and Jasen have done an outstanding job of getting me better every summer and ready to compete in the fall and spring. Me and My coaches have seen major improvement to my rotational velocity and have been able to achieve some of my goals like throwing and hitting a baseball 90 mph+. Id recommend FYX for anyone looking to take the next step!
