So glad I found this gym! Was looking to do mat pilates and found FYT offering unlimited Pilates classes at a really affordable price! Coach Abby is great and her classes are challenging yet so rewarding! I love the vibe and the community here, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They even have boxing and fitness classes that look super fun!
Coach Mando and Coach JP have been amazing mentors for my son. Their training goes far beyond boxing they teach discipline, focus, and respect in a way that really connects with the kids. Both coaches create a positive, structured environment where the kids learn to defend themselves, build confidence, and get in great shape.
