Showed up this morning at the South City location for a class we scheduled weeks ago. No class….no notification…no response to a message we left yesterday when we called to confirm….no communication. We drove 20 miles to come to this class and we were really looking forward to it. Very poor business etiquette and very poor Communication after we booked the class. It’s a shame, because we were really excited about trying this out.

Setting up an appointment took weeks because we were just a party of 2 andhad to wait for more people to make a group of 10. My girlfriend and I were so looking forward to the bungee class. Because we live more than 20 miles away I tried to verify everything yesterday. 2 of 3 phone numbers were disconnected. Left a message on the number that was posted in FB 4 days ago left a message.
