So much fun. It's a workout done in a exciting way.
Love this spot is black owed and a great workout. A bit on the pricey side but well worth for your health. Just not a lot of times available in the spot located on the south side is St. Louis. But definitely a must do if your trying to up your workout game without damaging your joints!! Budge is definitely the answer!! Check Misha and Brittany out they’re the best🥰
