I hate to leave a review on a locally run business but I'm very disappointed in the product I purchased and the service I received from FyrePro. We wanted to swap our old wood stove for a gas unit and everyone at FyrePro made the process really easy and even helped us get a voucher from the ALA. Our installers were tidy and Cat made sure all of our questions were answered. Highly recommended.

We had to have the valve replaced on our 21 year old fireplace. Earl showed up on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made every effort to keep the place clean. He even cleaned the glass for us. I had called them 3 years ago just for a maintenance service on both of our fireplaces and had the same experience, which is why I called them back.
