Excellent customer service! Called 3pm on Thursday and Mike came Friday morning around 730am pumped septic, and snaked drain, problem solved. Mike was very knowledgeable, friendly, and appreciated the quick service! He even told us how to submit to county for $100.00 rebate on very reasonable cost! We've been using their service for over 20 years and will continue calling them as needed!
Two words: Knowledgeable and Trustworthy. We bought a home that was an estate sale and the drawings left were inaccurate so we had no clue where the clean out was. We had a back up and were in desperate need of help. First we called another company and they scammed us for $1,000. These guys came out, located it very quickly and pumped it! They charged us their normal septic pumping rate.
I do not recommend using this company. I was selling my house in June of this year the septic system needed a repair based a septic inspection that was done by a license septic inspector. We hired Fyock to repair the septic and provided Fyock with the detailed instructions that the septic inspector had provided us. Fyock wanted to the money upfront before he did the work. I wish I could give zero stars. Twice this company failed to show up for our appointment and on the second time they came up with some excuse that they were unlicensed in our area and could only pump but not inspect our septic. So we asked what the cost would be for that service and it was the same price as the originally scheduled pump and inspect because “he had to spend $80 in gas to get to us.” This company lacks any professionalism and dragged us on for weeks with excuses and lies. Do not give them your business!
