I went to see Dr. Pothier for my eye check-up a few weeks ago. I explained to him how disappointed I was in my glasses, which were only one year old. They were purchased at FYI in Wolfville one year ago. At the end of my exam, he said, “we will do something about this!” I certainly did not expect what he was about to do. He spoke with Tracey, who then fitted me with a new pair of glasses free of charge at Dr. Pothier’s request. That was amazing! Dr. Pothier was wonderful, as he has always been. Tracy help me pick out new frames, ensure they fit well and explained the various coatings and insurance. I was able to bring 4 pair home to get the input of my spouse and daughter. With the selection made, Tracey worked her magic to determine the correct placement of the lens in the frame and place the order. Less than two weeks later when the glasses arrived, Tracey shaped the glasses to my head and sent me on my way. Thank You !!
Excellent appointment with FYI optometrist, Dr McKee. Fitted for progressive glasses and a pair for reading at night. Took time to find pairs that were lighter in weight to prevent pressure on nose and suited the shape of face. New glasses ready in under two weeks.

I had a great expereince. My eye exam was thorough and efficient. I was presented with oodles of fun frames to choose from. There were options for every budget both with lenses and frames. I was also looking for sunglasses but couldn't really afford a second pair of glasses so Savannah told me about the custom clip on sunglasses they offer! My new glasses are fun and they fit perfectly and I have new sunglasses that match! Overall a great experence!
