Dr. Pothier was wonderful, as he has always been. Tracy help me pick out new frames, ensure they fit well and explained the various coatings and insurance. I was able to bring 4 pair home to get the input of my spouse and daughter. With the selection made, Tracey worked her magic to determine the correct placement of the lens in the frame and place the order. Less than two weeks later when the glasses arrived, Tracey shaped the glasses to my head and sent me on my way. Thank You !!
Excellent appointment with FYI optometrist, Dr McKee. Fitted for progressive glasses and a pair for reading at night. Took time to find pairs that were lighter in weight to prevent pressure on nose and suited the shape of face. New glasses ready in under two weeks.

I had a great expereince. My eye exam was thorough and efficient. I was presented with oodles of fun frames to choose from. There were options for every budget both with lenses and frames. I was also looking for sunglasses but couldn't really afford a second pair of glasses so Savannah told me about the custom clip on sunglasses they offer! My new glasses are fun and they fit perfectly and I have new sunglasses that match! Overall a great experence!
Extremely disappointed in the customer service at this location. I drove over an hour to get to my eye exam and it was a very high traffic day because of events going on in Kentville/Wolfville. I was 17 minutes late (if you are 15 they will cancel) I completely understand this rule, however I was unable to call as I was driving and you would think that they’d advise it cannot happen again; but becuase of the circumstances they’d allow me to get my eye exam seeing I was 2 minutes over the cut off time?
