Had to buy a pair of new glasses, a young 20 something girl named Navy had me try on numerous pairs before we found something suitable. I picked the glasses up a couple weeks later and a lady named Candace took me through the peculiarities of progressives. I enjoyed my experience. Thanks ladies.
"Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." I won't allow there to be a third attempt to fool me again. For context, I'm on a tight timeline to balance out getting new glasses as soon as possible while also following the limits my insurance allows for eyecare coverage (which anyone with eyecare coverage on their insurance should know the struggle of). I had such a great experience getting my eyes checked. The staff were very friendly!! Shoutout to Ogunna and Dara. A big thank you to Dr. Campbell for making sure my eyes were healthy. Thank you Nav!! You did a great job in finding me the perfect pairs within my budget - very stylish and just what I wanted.
Went for eye check. Got appointment right away and nav helped us to pick glasses and took measurements . She was very polite and positive.
