Very disappointing experience. I paid for an eye exam and an additional $50 for a Vision Assessment required for a police application. Within a few days, the doctor who examined me issued two different prescriptions, which created confusion and delays with my eyewear order. I also experienced a lengthy delay in receiving the assessment form that I had already paid for.
