Horrible customer service. The Optometrist Andrea at the round house was horrible. Very rude and unprofessional. There are many other places to get glasses and contacts. Do yourself a favor and choose a place that not a franchise.
I had a wonderful experience at FYidoctors Roundhouse right from the eye exam to frame selection and fitting. With such a large selection of frames the task of finding the perfect pair was daunting but Antonella was excellent at zeroing in on what frames might suit me best. She conducted thorough measurements and left me feeling confident in my choice. Shortly thereafter I was surprised at how fast the frames were ready for pick-up.
