I went in for the first time at this location and had a great experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, and above all super helpful and patient staff all around. My eye exam was comfortable and felt thorough, and I even got great help choosing a new pair of frames! Highly recommend this location (easy transit and parking options too!). Thank you to the whole team!
Dr. Thomas Leung gave a thorough examination for my mom, we do appreciate that he actually listened and took time to go through the whole process. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful, we feel we have been treated like a valued customer. Thank you!
Very well knowledged and helpful staff, managed to sort any issues I had very quickly and I was able to finally get my correct prescription with them.
Had a decent experience with kind staff, but unfortunatley was suprised by my eye exam bill. I wish before booking online, there would have been listed pricing somewhere as I did not anticipate a $160+ eye exam.
