Always try to avoid leaving negative reviews, but felt the need to leave the following to outline my experience for others. Scheduled appointment weeks ago and took a half day of vacation to attend appointment this afternoon. Should have known that this wasn't going to be a positive experience leading up to how this clinic manages communication with patients. It was great except than when we arrived the receptionist asked “are you sure you’re in the right place?” She had no record of our appointment.Then the lady who we had made the appointment with on the phone appeared.She was very nice and kind.The receptionist should be better.
Great experience at this clinic. Thorough explanation from doctor of eye test (what is being done, why it is being done, what the results/photos mean). The service at the front desk was excellent! So friendly and helpful
