My reading glasses were fixed within a few minutes. Everyone is very polite and willing to help.
Staff was very helpful and Emily is knowledgeable, experienced and has a good eye if you are looking for new frames. We have been going to FYI on Broadway for a couple of decades and now, living in Kerrisdale, feel very confident to switch to the Kerrisdale branch. Both branches are tied together as one, so all one's info is readily available. Very thorough eye tests also.

Leila was very helpful and mended my glasses. She helped me a year ago when my glasses were new and were difficult to fit. She is very personable and I liked her. I would buy specs here again as I know they offer superior service.
