I've been coming to Keefer Place eye clinic since I was a kid and the service here remains top notch. Dr. Chow is always thorough and thoughtful in providing explanations to keep you informed of your eye health. The reception team, Janet, Ann, and Mandy, are amazing too and are so helpful and welcoming. Everyone always goes above and beyond and they have my full trust that I'm receiving the best care for my eyes.
Amazing customer service had an easy and quick appt. It was my first exam and bought my first pair of glasses with them too! Front desk was helpful and doctor was knowledgeable and welcoming. Highly recommended for quick and easy appt.

I’ve been going to Dr. Chow for many years now, and he’s always been great. He’s super knowledgeable, especially when it comes to Ortho-K, and takes the time to make sure everything is explained clearly. The reception team is also fantastic – they’re always friendly, helpful, and know their stuff. The whole team here makes you feel welcome and well taken care of every visit.
