I had a great experience at FYI with Dr. Chai, Paul, and Mark! Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Eye exam ended up being way more expensive than what as said in the phone call. There’s no transparent pricing.The Dr also didn’t give me a comfortable experience, they were very emotionless, and the whole process felt intimidating.
I’ve been going to the Dunbar FYi for several years now. They are always efficient and helpful with all aspects of eye exams, new glasses sales and helpful service beyond. Paul Eddy pulled through again today, going above/beyond to replace a lost temple pad on a pair of glasses I hadn’t even bought there. Huge appreciation!
