Best Optometrist I've been to. Dr. Mike Woods and staff are great! Very knowledgable and professional bunch made my whole experience there stress and worry free. Will be back.
I highly recommend Dr Mike Woods and his team. This is an amazing place, everybody is interested in making sure you are welcome and you get the help you need. Dr Woods is so kind and very caring. He took the time to listen and then explained his findings in a professional way. He went out of his way to ensure that my mother received the care she needed. This is a Doctor who gives his all for his patients. We are forever grateful for all your help . Keep up the up the good work!!!
Worst optician we have ever met for our 30 years in Canada! My husband's new glasses are definitely not the lenses we paid for. He can see better with his former glasses. Dr. Wood is not willing to send them back to the FYI lab in BC to get it checked for accuracy. Our first visit, he frightened us into doing $100+ each out-of-pocket tests. He is just greedy and not at all concerned about the customer - once he gets their money!
I went to FYIdoctors to buy a brand new pair of glasses. The ladies working at the front were extremely professional and helpful. Excellent customer service and ensured that all my needs were met before I left. I would highly recommend them if you are going to purchase a pair of glasses.
