They can't use my insurance, will have to find another place to go to.
The receptionist and optician were really nice and did an amazing job, however Dr. Kaplan came off as very cold. I initially switched to FYI due to a family referral, location being close to home and the fact they offer a picture exam for my younger child. I had a great experience with my prior optometrist. But unfortunately she left, and this was my first impression of Dr. Kaplan.
