Thank you to Dr. Kaplan and his staff. This was my first visit to FYI Doctors at 5 Fairview Mall Drive. I found everyone friendly, professional and knowledgeable. A special thank you to Satnam Singh who went the extra mile with my visual function testing. If you are looking for an Optometrist try this FYI Doctors; you won't be disappointed.
I recently came in with my mom to get her eyes checked. I was extremely disappointed after seeing Dr Kaplan. Everyone else in the office was very sweet and helpful. I went in with no knowledge of optometry and any question I asked him, I got the rudest response. I expected basic respect and to feel comfortable going to see a doctor but instead I felt uncomfortable, disrespected, and as if he's being forced to see us.
