Highly professional and friendly service. The eye doctor was attentive, explained my eye health clearly, and offered helpful advice. The appointment was on time, and the staff was very courteous. I’m very happy with my experience and will return for future checkups.
Friendly atmosphere.
I was impressed with the calm, quiet office and the way all tests were conducted. Dr. French is very knowledgeable and professional, personable and kind. She took time and was very thorough. I feel confident that I am getting excellent care and am so glad to have found FYI.
We've had a few minor issues but next year will probably be smoother as I am a new client. They have been very good with fitting me with lenses, both contact & eyeglasses, and it takes awhile but they really want to make sure the fit is right. Diane has been great and I like Dr. French too - very cheerful for an eye doctor :) Diane was particularly good in working with me when we had a snowstorm - I volunteered to come a different day but she said she already had a late appt and I might as well come in.
