same day appointments and SUPER friendly staff; the ladies working were all lovely, chatty, and helpful.
I went to different optical stores looking for glasses within my budget, and this one was by far the best! The service was excellent, they were very kind and patient with me. I liked the selection of frames they had available, and they also had great deals! They accepted my insurance, and the whole process was very efficient. I finally found quality glasses within my budget, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended! :)
Great service and luckily I got in for an exam the same day I called for an appointment. The dr I saw was very detailed in his examination. Took about a week and a half to get the prescription after doing the exam but other than that i would recommend
Had the absolute worst customer experience of my life over the phone. The woman over the phone laughed at me because I didn’t know how their system worked for ordering contacts online. Don’t go here they’re rude. I’m a new customer she could’ve kindly explained to me how the service worked instead of laughing at me in such a rude passive agressive way. I don’t understand what I did wrong to deserve to be treated like that. Changing eye doctors now again.
