Great service and luckily I got in for an exam the same day I called for an appointment. The dr I saw was very detailed in his examination. Took about a week and a half to get the prescription after doing the exam but other than that i would recommend
Had the absolute worst customer experience of my life over the phone. The woman over the phone laughed at me because I didn’t know how their system worked for ordering contacts online. Don’t go here they’re rude. I’m a new customer she could’ve kindly explained to me how the service worked instead of laughing at me in such a rude passive agressive way. I don’t understand what I did wrong to deserve to be treated like that. Changing eye doctors now again.
We had a really good experience our first time here. They seemed really thorough and Dr. Valvano really took her time with us which was nice.
I had a great experience with FYI doctors,they were all so nice and compassionate..I would recommend this place to everyone,very reasonable and quick..thank you FYIDoctors..
