I brought my kids into FYI for an eye exam at the staff is super friendly. The doctors are very thorough and informative and the optometrist was great with kids. Frames were good prices and they work with your coverage! five out of five star highly recommend.
Exceptional and friendly service from the front desk employees to Dr Farah and Tala who helped with eyeglasses. Would recommend FYI doctors in Tecumseh.
I wish I can leave Dr. Jamie Larocque a million stars because he is one of the most understanding and helpful optometrists I’ve ever visited. I was having issues with my prescription because it was way too strong and causing me headaches/nausea but was told by other optometrists to get used to them for a year. I couldn’t wear them for even 20 minutes everyday so I scheduled an appointment at FYI and I luckily met this doctor I couldn’t be happier. Wonderful experience. My glasses were unfixable and although I didn’t have an appointment Dr Larocque’s staff squeezed me in to ensure I had the correct prescription. Jamie is an excellent doctor and Nichole was extremely helpful in selecting and fitting my new frames. Thank you to everyone for their assistance. The staff are fabulous.
