Every staff member was most courteous and pleasant. My glasses were cleaned, new nose pieces too. Dr. Michelle is always so gracious, interested and helpful.
My husband sat on his glasses and bent them to the point it seemed impossible to be corrected. I suggested he try to have Strathmore FYI Doctors straighten them. He laughed saying there’s no way. He dropped them off and within 90 minutes they called him to say they were successful in straightening them out! There was no charge, just friendly faces. Impressive to say the least!
First time user of fyidoctors and I had the pleasure of dealing in with Julia and Justine. Julia was great in helping find frames for me. She explained every step she was doing from measuring my eyes to explaining which options I had for lenses etc. Julia made sure I got discounts that I was eligible for and then Justine came out to help me get on the payment plan.
