I have been going to fyi for years,very friendly and helpful staff
I came in without an appointment because of an issue happening while I was driving back to Edmonton. They got me in pretty much right away, and took their time with me, and really helped me out. They told me I had misaligned eyes, and would require corrective lenses for this condition as this was the best way to solve the issue and I would have no issues moving forward. They went over and beyond for me and my son! They had his glasses made in about 1 hr ! I was so surprised when I got the call ! Justine is always a pleasure all of the girls there are a great bunch ! I approached wanting my first Albertan eye exam since moving here 2 years ago... I received an appointment 3 weeks in advance but I was told something I wanted to further research when I got home. I was told there was an additional $50 charge to seniors because "of government cuts to coverage from February 2025 and that all eye care companies in the area do this extra charge for full senior eye exams". I can’t speak more highly about this location. I came in without an appointment because of an issue happening while I was driving back to Edmonton. They got me in pretty much right away, and took their time with me, and really helped me out. All of the staff there are exceptional and need to be commended for what they do. Thank you all so much.
