The eye doctors were friendly and updated my contact lens prescription quickly
I had a very good experience at FYI doctors in Smithers. The receptionists were very courteous. I had a very short wait time. Dr. Kreke was very thorough and explained everything I needed to know.
Excellent place :) Loved my appt - Dr. Brawdy was so lovely, punctual & knowledgeable. Julie helped me choose frames and they came much quicker than I was promised. I have always bought glasses online because I thought they were way more expensive in store, but I found a really nice pair for not much more than the cheap online places and the quality is far far superior. Will definitely be coming to FYI for all my future eye needs.
Every visit is excellent. Appts are always on time, staff are always friendly and accommodating and all my questions get answered. Our family of four have all received all needed products (glasses, contacts, etc) on time. I find the optometrists and assistants to be very thorough in all aspects from testing to prescriptions to selecting the most appropriate eyewear. Really high end, excellent service!!!
Wonderful experience! The staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Dr. Brawdy was amazing—thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They were especially patient and engaging with a patient with autism, creating a comfortable and respectful experience. Highly recommend Dr. Brawdy and the entire team!
