Steer clear if you can! The front desk staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Every time whether it’s on the phone or in person it’s an awful experience. It’s unfortunate because the optometrists are great. But it’s not worth having to deal with the front desk staff. They need a complete re-do and try some new people who actually want to be there, want to help people and know how to be kind and respectful. Also they should know how to do their job properly. Dr. Benoit made our appointment incredibly uncomfortable, we felt incredibly judged for asking simple questions and his arrogance was amazingly unprofessional, take your kids or yourselves elsewhere. After discussing our experience with others we have discovered many others have had the same experience and worse.
Dr. Alexander and his staff are rock stars! Very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable.
Enquired about the meta ray and and if they put lens in them.. The lady on the desk was extremely rude and stated you have to buy the glasses from us.. I then called back and said on the meta site you are listed as a company that would change and put prescription glasses in .. she said some one would phone me back and they never did…. Ended up going to lens crafters to get them… Avoid this place if you are looking at meta glasses or anything like that…
Dr. Alexander is an exceptional doctor who offers an outstanding level of service, expertise, and empathy. His only fault is that he’s a soccer fan… but since he has never collapsed from a phantom injury during one of our appointments, I suppose I can live with it. 🙂**
