Bought expensive new frames and had a warranty issue. Took the glasses back and FYI Doctors staff told me they’d be replaced. Since dropping them off over three weeks ago, still have no ETA on having them replaced and back to me. Have called twice and both times told - “we are too busy to help you today, we don’t know where they are, we will call the factory and call you back tomorrow”. Went two nights in a row to look for a new pair of glasses and sunglasses and was assisted both times by Tina! She did such an amazing job the one night she let me know about their current promotions and helped pick out styles to try on for both the glasses and sunglasses. I have to say her taste is great because I ended up going with these super cute pair of glasses that she had recommended. The next evening she helped ring me up!
