Concern Regarding Retinal Exam Experience at FYidoctors Regina – Northgate Mall I would like to share my recent experience during a retinal exam at FYidoctors Regina – Northgate Mall. Unfortunately, my interaction with the assistant performing the retinal exam was very upsetting. I did not obtain her name, but her approach to patient care was concerning. My name is Lindsay and I had an eye check up on July 20th, 2026 @ 11:30a.m. I was very pleased with the professionalism, communication, and patience shown by all staff. I felt very well taken care of. This was especially felt when my well being was top priority (extra standard testing) over making a sale for new frames/lenses. This has not always been the case in the past and I very much appreciate the change of pace.
