Excellent service from FYI in Prince George, BC! I initially chose a pair of frames that didn’t quite feel right once they arrived. Amy went above and beyond to help me find a better fit—she even ordered in different color options so I could make the best choice. The exchange process was hassle-free, and I couldn’t be happier with my new frames. Big thanks to Amy and the team at FYI Prince George!
Scheduled an appointment, but had to reschedule because the doctor wouldn't be in that day; that wasn't a problem. The problem was when M, the receptionist, wasn't terribly accommodating to my needs, so I called back immediately and cancelled. The receptionist that booked my appointment the first time was pretty good though. Lot's of room for improvement for these guys.
I got in really quick which was awesome, the staff was super helpful, and my optometrist Dr.Lim was amazing and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend this place :)
