As always they took the time to check my eyes carefully. They were a great help with my frame choices.
I just visited FYidoctors this Saturday Aug 23/25 and was so impressed from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. The staff were friendly professional and very efficient. Dr Cinting Lim was excellent very thorough and took the time to explain things. I highly recommend FYidoctors.
Not a fan of the lenses brand they use since my previous glasses. I just got my glasses within the last few months and they're already scratched really bad. The coatings are terrible. The anti-glare is worse then no anti-glare! I had them remake my lenses with no coating and they're alot more tolerable. But vision is distorted still on both the glasses I got to which I've mentioned several times. They're response to my issues is I need to get used to them. Amy and Dr. Stevens were amazing. I walked in the office with no glasses and an expired prescription. I had left my glasses on top of my motorcycle on day 1 of a 3-week ride to the Northwest Territories. Amy and the doctor magically fit me into their busy schedule and ground the glasses within two hours. I cannot thank her and the entire FYI staff enough for accommodating me during this near crisis. Thanks everyone again for all they did.
Decent service when available. We live in Vanderhoof and every single time we come in for anything they are closed or otherwise unavailable for service.
