My husband and I came for our eye appointment and was helped by Ella at the frames counter and she was amazing. She helped us pick the best frames and sat down with us and went over the protection plan. We give her a solid 10/10.
Very friendly, accomodating, and informative staff. Also, the process of eye check-up to getting a new pair of glasses was overall smooth and hassle-free.
I went for an appointment today, just have to say the staff was amazing and helpful, when I was picking out my glasses the lady helping me I think her name was Ella, she was really nice and didn't make me feel rushed when looking for my glasses and was a great lady 10/10 service when Ella is helping you.
