My experience just a month ago was amazing! Dr Kevin patiently zeroed in on what my problem was—I needed way more prism in my lenses! As soon as I put the new glasses on, it was a total world of difference. I could see everything more clearly. Especially that I can now drive the car seeing the lines on the road exactly where they should be!!?I was so happy ! Also, I think it was Kennedy who picked out the perfect frame that I really love! The staff are amazing! Good job, everybody!
This store has the friendliest and most helpful staff you could ask for. I will definitely be coming here from now on
Dr. Fletcher was very nice and patient while I made sure I was trying to choose the best clearest option for my new lenses, the ladies were great especially the one who helped me pick my new glasses and even made adjustments to my old prescription Ray Bans. Great service all around!!
Was visiting my Son in Blackfalds when I noticed pen light flashes in my eye. Phoned my doctor in BC who advised me to see an optometrist asap. FYidoctors fit me in. From the receptionist, to testing staff and doctor…what an amazing experience! All quick and efficient. Absolutely amazing customer service! Highly recommend this business for your eye care.
I went for my annual eye exam. Crystal took me to do the various tests. She was efficient, very knowledgeable, and explained everything she was doing. She was patient with me when I accidentally blinked or looked in the wrong place. Her manner was welcoming, she was polite and friendly, and she provided a great experience!
