I was on vacation in Penticton when my glasses broke. They fixed them free of charge in under 15 minutes. They are great!
I had a huge wipe out on my bike going down Vancouver Ave. Luckily nothing was broken or fractured but I have some gnarly bruises on my legs now. After I was limping off the road I just needed a place to sit down because my one leg felt like someone shot it with a Beebee gun. A patient at FYiDoctors recommended I sit inside their office to rest. I hobble inside and immediately sat down and was greeted by the kindest team. I needed a re-exam after getting new glasses...there was something not quite right and full clarity wasn't there. FYI Front Street did a 2nd in-depth exam and found a change was required. Re-exam no cost to me...new lenses replaced. It was a very positive experience!
