I recently stopped in to see if my glasses(that were not purchased at FYI) could be tightened…. Jen was extremely helpful and was glad to to do this for me at no fee! My husband and I have purchased eye glasses from FYI in the past and the staff have always been so helpful. THANKS AGAIN JEN…I appreciate you!
