Dr. Lau was so kind and caring and helped me learn a lot about my own eye health. The staff are also very friendly and approachable. I had a great experience and will be back again.
The visit was great, but I think there is a lack of asking questions. Had my exam, glasses were made and like my previous experience from a different clinic, I couldn’t wear them. Tried like they always say to do. Went back in and realized that the progressive was made according to their knowledge, not asking me which one I wanted. First of all another 3.5 hour trip and another $225 on top of the $1100 to get the ones I needed. And please answer the phone when it rings. Can’t all be busy at the same time.
Always exceptional service. I missed my first appointment, they called me to make sure I was ok! Then got me in an hour later! Highly recommend!
Appointment itself was thorough and everyone answered the questions I had. Very happy with the service.
Good experience - learned a lot about my eye health. Love my new glasses even though they are a tad expensive. I’ll enjoy purchasing these kind of quality eye glasses until I retire and have to rethink my budget and health benefits ( as I will be responsible for the cost then). The experience with my eye doctor and her staff was good. I’ll continue to use FYI.
