Great customer service! Came in with a broken frame. I found a great frame and they shaved my lenses down to fit them. Next time took advantage of their Lifestyle package for a second pair of glasses and they made them while I waited for $149.
These guys are lifesavers! I lost my glasses in the lake, I called them right at open to see how fast I could get a new pair as sometimes with astigmatism lenses need to be ordered, however, they answered fast, asked for my prescription and assured me they would be able to do them same day. I got in and was helped by Rebecca who was amazing!
