Recently I had a problem with my right eye which Dr. Pratt handled willingly, even though she already had a full schedule of patients. In addition, she called me twice over the weekend to check on the situation and offered to come to the office if the situation worsened. I believe this was above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Dr. Pratt. Sheila Vanstone.

We’ve had such a great experience with FYidoctors in Parksville! Dr. Pratt is my son’s eye doctor, and she is absolutely wonderful. She’s funny, incredibly friendly, and has such a great way of making kids feel comfortable and at ease during their appointments. All of the staff who work there are fantastic as well - always welcoming, kind, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. I recently had a sudden issue with one of my eyes. An early morning call to FYI in Parksville and they kindly made room for me on a fully booked day. Absolutely everyone I came in contact with that day were professional, caring and supportive. Dr Pratt quickly put my mind at ease after a thorough examination. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had at an optometrist’s clinic.
