As soon as you walk in the staff are very friendly. Every step of the eye exam was explained. I was a challenge with choosing glasses, however Mimi and Tanya where fabulous in helping me find the right frame! Tanya did her 'magic' in getting the best price on a seniors budget. I would highly recommend FYI French Creek to anyone looking at an optometrist.
Tanya took great care with me and provided awesome, personalized customer service. Definitely will return there.
